Public Notices

According to the Municipal Code and the Resolution number 175-16, the publication of a public notice for municipal purposes is done by posting it in these six (6) locations:

  • Town Hall
  • Meredith Centre
  • Farm Point Community Centre
  • Hollow Glen Community Centre
  • Municipal Website
  • Chelsea Express (whenever possible)

Also, in some cases, we must publish them in a local newspaper.  The publication of public notices on the website in intended to promote access to municipal information and has been put forward for this purpose.

In case of a difference between the version as published and the version accessible online, the first shall prevail.
