For the third year now, the Heart of Chelsea has been supporting the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada by bringing together volunteers and merchants to organize a fundraiser! From February (Heart Month) to June (Stroke Month), make a difference by participating in the activities!
Heart of Chelsea 2021 Edition
This year's pandemic forced the Heart of Chelsea event to reinvent itself. That is why the Municipality has decided to partner with Chelsea schools to support the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and make a difference in society with the Jump Rope for Heart event.
What is Jump Rope for Heart?
The event is an existing fundraising program of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. By skipping, moving or dancing, it helps children stay active, develop healthy habits and teaches the importance of giving back.
Congratulations to the participating schools who raised the following amounts:
- École Montessori de Chelsea raised a total of $468
- Chelsea Elementary School raised a total of $1242
