Make an online request on Voilà!

 

The new Voilà! citizen platform allows all residents to report a non-urgent problem to the Municipality at any time. 

 

1.  Sign in or register to the Voilà! platform or download the mobile application via Google Play or Apple Store

2. Select Online Requests

3.  Select New Request and then Request

4. Follow the instructions

 

Please note:

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a tracking number. Take note of this number if you need to communicate information related to your request to the Municipality.
