The Chelsea Recreation Sport, Culture and Community Life Department, in partnership with the Meredith Centre, would like to extend a warm thank you to those who participated and contributed to the Chelsea Day events, which took place on June 2nd and 3rd, 2018.
The goal of this event was to celebrate the National Sport Day and the Neighbors Day, which was held throughout Chelsea. More than 2728 people took part in the festivities this weekend and more than 76 community organizations and businesses participated actively in the event! Many different activities have been offered such as garage sales, dragon boat race, sports fair, daycare area, make-up, balloon sculptures, inflatable structures, music show, reading session, art exhibition and more. One thing is sure, this day proves us that the community spirit is present in Chelsea!
