To rent a hall

For reservations, please contact the Recreation, Sports, Culture and Community Life Department by email at loisirs@chelsea.ca or by phone at 819 827-6228.

Please indicate : 

• Your name(s) and surname(s);
• Street address;
• Phone number;
• Date and time desired;
• The type of event being organized.

 

Room rental terms and conditions

 

• A security deposit of $60 in cash is required to obtain the keys to the centers. This deposit will be given back to the renter when the keys are returned.
• A cleaning fee is applied to each room reservation. The amount is:
  • $60 for Chelsea residents
  • $75 for non-residents.

 

Rates

The hourly rate for a room rental is :

• $20 for Chelsea residents
• $30 for non-residents.

Recognized community organizations may rent a hall or grounds free of charge.

Meredith Centre

The Meredith Centre has several rooms to welcome you for your special events, whether for a meeting, a conference, a wedding, an anniversary or other. Our centre includes spacious, bright and comfortable rooms that will charm all our tenants.
