A first step towards the future! Beginning of work of the wastewater and potable water infrastructures networks on Scott Road

CHELSEA, November 7, 2014 - The Municipality of Chelsea would like to inform you that wastewater and potable water infrastructures networks work will begin on November 11 on Scott Road near the Centre-Village.

Scott Road will be completely closed to traffic by segments starting between Old Chelsea and Padden Roads as soon as November 11. Work will gradually move by segments northwards, ending at Versant Sud Road.  The Municipality encourages the residents to follow the signalization in place to access the Centre-Village and the businesses. Residents and visitors can also follow signalization from the new Park and Walk initiative to know where the parking areas are located to park their car and enjoy the village on foot.

The Municipality invites you to consult its Road Works section on the main page of the municipal website at www.chelsea.ca to follow work evolution and expected timeline.
