The Municipality of Chelsea would like to inform its citizens that the barriers at the end of Burnett Road have been removed. The signage indicating the road's end will remain in place.
The removal of the concrete barriers follows a decision by Council based on an examination of legal and technical recommendations, and related budgetary implications. A decision on any future configuration of Burnett Road will be taken at a later date, after consultation with residents of the sector. No date has been set for this activity.
