LAUNCH OF THE MRC DES COLLINES-DE-L'OUTAOUAIS' PUBLIC ART COMPETITION
Artists living in the Outaouais region are invited to submit a concept for a permanent public art structure for one of the sites chosen in each of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais' municipalities, all within the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais' Heritage Trail project.
