CARYL GREEN, MAYOR OF CHELSEA, RECEIVES THE DIAMOND JUBILEE MEDAL OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II

Last week, Mayor Caryl Green received the Diamond Jubilee medal of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Mrs. Green received this recognition in acknowledgment of her exceptional dedication and her exemplary efforts to make her community a better place to live.
