The Municipality is proud to announce that its municipal offices have received its level 3 GOLD Certification for the Recyc-Québec Program ICI On Recycle! with the assistance of the Regional Council for Environment and Sustainable Development of Outaouais (CREDDO). Chelsea is the only municipality in Outaouais to have achieve that level!
