As announced last April, the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l'Outaouais is pleased to inform you that a nurse will take up her duties on August 19 at the Chelsea's CLSC . This initiative was implemented to mainly meet the needs of customers from Chelsea and the surrounding area.
In particular, it will be able to benefit from the following services:
- vaccination
- post-operative and wound care
- ITSS screening
- removal of stitches and staples
- changing, removing or irrigating probes
- ear washing
Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, the CLSC will be closed on public holidays. Please note that services will be available by appointment only, with the exception of emergencies.
Clients will also be able to benefit from a sampling clinic, by appointment, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 11 am.
