Mr. Charette's artwork was selected from among several entries as part of the '' de Collines et d'eau'' route contest held in the fall and winter of 2020-2021. This project, developed by the Centre local de développement (CLD), was made possible by the financial support of the Government of Quebec and the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais within the context of the Cultural Development Agreement. Other financial partners, such as the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications and the seven municipalities of the MRC, are involved in the project. The objective of this initiative is to highlight the historical, cultural and natural heritage of the municipalities of the MRC.
