Again this year a series of five concerts will be presented in Chelsea municipal parks from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings during the month of July and August. Application deadline for the summer 2014 series is 4 p.m., April 18, 2014. The artist, or a member of the group, must be a resident of Chelsea or the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais. The application must be completed for presentation to the selection committee.
