As announced last week, the NCC will be reopening Gatineau Park tomorrow for users who can access it on foot or by bike. This means that only residents of municipalities bordering Gatineau Park will be allowed to access it. The municipalities concerned are Chelsea, Gatineau, La Pêche and Pontiac.
All parking lots remain closed. Parking on nearby roads to access the park is not permitted.
The Municipality of Chelsea joins the NCC in reminding you that the social distancing and sanitation measures issued by the governments must be respected at all times.
Tomorrow's opening is part of the three-step planning framework presented by the NCC.
