As part of the revision of the Master Plan and planning by-laws, the Municipality invites you to participate in its second public consultation that will focus specifically on the Master Plan.
The Master Plan is a planning document that establishes the guidelines for the physical organization of the municipality and presents an overall vision of the development of Chelsea's territory. It will be the municipality's most important official planning and development document over the next 20 years.

To help us develop future planning policies, we would like to gather more information on citizens' concerns about land use planning, so we are inviting the public to an online public consultation that will take place March 10th to March 24th , 2021.
This consultation was developed to better understand the values and priorities that Chelsea residents hold dear for the development and planning of their municipality. It follows on the heels of various citizen participation exercises that have been held successively for nearly a year.
