In order to reduce its environmental footprint, the Chelsea Express will no longer be distributed by mail to Chelsea residents. Instead, it will be
available at pick-up locations in limited quantities and on our online platforms. In addition, it will now be published twice a year, in the spring or summer and fall.
While we encourage you to go green with us, we recognize that some residents may prefer to receive a copy by mail. We will still offer that option. To request the Chelsea express by mail, simply send an email at communications@chelsea.ca.
