Following the recent evolution of the COVID-19 situation and the new relief measures announced by the Quebec government, the municipal offices will reopen to the public as of February 28.
Residents will be asked to follow the current hygiene and physical distancing measures in effect.
The reopening will be done according to the same schedule as before the closure, that is, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Anyone wishing to meet with an employee will have to make an appointment before coming in. Only one person at a time will be allowed at an appointment. This applies to all services, including permit applications.
The Municipality strongly encourages residents to continue to communicate, make payments, and send documents by phone or electronic means whenever possible.

Payment of taxes
Via your banking institution by selecting the supplier "Chelsea taxes" and adding your matricule number of 18 digits.
By sending a cheque made out to the Municipality of Chelsea by mail or by depositing it in the dropbox located to the left of the door to the parking lot of the Town Hall, indicating your name and matricule number.
