The Municipality of Chelsea and Chelsea Trails would like to thank the Celebration of the Winter Community Trail participants for their enthusiasm on February 22. Participants had the chance to face each other in a snowshoeing challenge, have fun in a scavenger hunt, slide, hike and cross-country ski. They also had the chance to work their cross-country ski techniques with athletes from XCOttawa! Hot chocolate, snacks and prizes where offered.
The Municipality of Chelsea thanks Chelsea Trails volunteers for their great work on this partnership in organizing this event and for their continuous hard work in maintaining and developing the trails. The Municipality of Chelsea would like to highlight different sponsors and partners contribution for the event as: Chelsea Nordiq, Collines en forme, Les Fougères, Greg Christie's, Lafleur de la Capitale inc. also as the Gatineau Valley Historical Society.
