This survey will help to better understand the situation and to find ideas to better serve clients 55 years and older at the library using the resources available. To respond to the mandate laid out in the Chelsea Seniors' Policy, the Library wishes to improve its services to the segment of the population that is 55 years of age and older. Accordingly, we wish to collect data on Chelsea residents and their views about libraries. Our target is both clients and non-clients of the library.
