For 2024, the Municipality of Chelsea is going back to basics and prioritizing the continuity of the strategic plan. Furthermore, the Municipality is now turning to its residents, recognizing their crucial role in improving the community's quality of life and inviting their valuable perspectives.
Several public consultations orchestrated by the Recreation, Environment, and Urban Planning departments are planned throughout the year. These exercises will allow the people of Chelsea to note significant improvements in services and to identify more precisely the specific needs found in the Municipality's various neighbourhoods. Most public consultations will take place online, offering maximum accessibility to all residents. The Cocoriko platform will be the central place to share opinions and actively participate in discussions. While most consultations will be aimed at all Chelsea residents, some departments will adopt a more targeted approach for a few sectors in the fall.

Cocoriko: how does it work?
Cocoriko is a public consultation platform designed right here in Chelsea. It allows you to answer questions and proposals, but also to submit your own ideas. To do so, you just have to click on the "Create a proposal" button. The Municipality will then validate whether your proposal is in line with the subject and with the code of conduct. Once approved, your proposal will be submitted to the residents' vote.
