The precautionary boil water advisory issued on January 15, 2026, at 1:45 p.m. has been lifted for all residents connected to the municipal aqueduct system on January 21 at 3:35 p.m. The water can be safely consumed.

The Municipality of Chelsea wishes to inform the population that a precautionary boil water advisory is in effect for the entire water network due to a mechanical failure. Residents affected by this advisory must bring their water to a rolling boil at least one minute before consumption until the advisory is lifted.
