Winter is coming! Here are the essential guidelines for ensuring efficient waste collection.
- Frequency: Once a month during winter
- Upcoming collections:
- November 25 to 28
- December 22 to 26
Please note: The collection scheduled for Wednesday, December 25, has been rescheduled for Monday, December 22.
- Number of bins: Up to two garbage bins are allowed per monthly collection
Bin placement
Proper placement facilitates collection:
- The lid must be closed, clear, and unattached (i.e., unlocked).
- There must be no obstacles around the bins and a minimum distance of 1 meter between each bin.
- The bin's wheels must face the residence (i.e., the bin's opening must face the street).
If your bins are not collected
Check that the above instructions have been followed.
o If so, you can report it from 7 p.m. on the scheduled collection day and within a maximum of 24 hours.

Leave the bins at the curb while your request is being processed, unless the report is made on Friday or the following week. We will let you know if you need to return them to the curb.
o If not, make sure the instructions are followed for the next collection or obtain a compliant bin.
