The MRC des-Collines-de-l'Outaouais has put online the tabling of the 2021-2022-2023 triennal assessment roll for the municipalities of Chelsea, l'Ange-Gardien, Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette and Val-des-Monts.
The new assessment rolls will be effective as off January 1st, 2021, for a period of three years.
The new values are based on the market of July 1st, 2019.
The next chart shows the average increase of taxable values per category of property.
