Tabling of a draft By-law on the connection to the network of the centre village

At the regular meeting on September 1, Municipal Council introduced and tabled the draft By-law number 1162-20 concerning the connection to the centre village network.
The purpose of this draft by-law is to govern the conditions attributable to the payment of a growth contribution for the expansion of wastewater treatment plants or drinking water treatment plants in the centre village. It also includes any necessary modifications or additions to systems to accommodate new developments, new construction, new uses, changes in use or new connections.
