Become a member of the Planning and Sustainable Development Advisory Committee!

The Municipality is currently seeking citizens interested in serving as members of the PSDAC.

The committee's objective is to provide recommendations to the municipal council on matters concerning urban planning, zoning, subdivision, minor exemptions, site planning and architectural integration plans, and comprehensive development plans.

Meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. via the TEAMS digital platform.

Appointments are confirmed by the municipal council for a two-year term, and a compensation of $10.00 per meeting is provided.

Selection criteria:

• Chelsea resident, 18 years of age or older
• Bilingualism is a plus, but French is the prioritized language
• Interest in maintaining and improving the quality of life for Chelsea residents
• Expertise in urban planning, architecture or in design is an asset.
