Native shoreline plants distribution at the Chelsea Market on June 23

Concerned about the shoreline erosion of the Gatineau River, La Pêche Global Forest and the Amis de la rivière Gatineau will be distributing native plants to Chelsea shoreline residents. These plants can be planted along the river to prevent bank erosion and polluted runoff.
Residents are invited to pick up plants at the Chelsea Market on June 23 between 4:00 and 7:00 pm. Planting instructions will be provided. The plants are free and voluntary contributions are welcome.
