Lifting of the precautionary boil water advisory on the municipal water system

The Municipality of Chelsea's Public Works Department wishes to inform the population that the boil water advisory affecting residents served by the municipal water system has been lifted. 

Residents are now able to safely consume water from the municipal aqueduct. 

The precautionary boil water advisory was issued by the Municipality on Tuesday, October 11 due to an emergency intervention on the water system. The Municipality had also asked residents to reduce their consumption of drinking water on the same day.
