Room rental terms and conditions
- A security deposit of $60 in cash is required to obtain the keys to the centers. This deposit will be given back to the renter when the keys are returned.
- A cleaning fee is applied to each room reservation. The amount is:
- $60 for Chelsea residents
- $75 for non-residents.
Rates
The hourly rate for a room rental is :
- $20 for Chelsea residents
- $30 for non-residents.
Recognized community organizations may rent a hall or grounds free of charge.
