Short-term accommodation: Bill 67 adopted

The Quebec government has recently adopted Bill 67, which contains new provisions on the short-term rental of a principal residence. This law modifies the powers of the Municipality regarding short-term rentals in principal residences.

The Municipality is aware that this change may not please everyone. We would like to reassure you that Council has decided to take a more restrictive approach in order to maintain the tranquility of our neighbourhoods.
