Contract Management By-law (in French)
In accordance with the Code municipal du Québec, the Municipality adopted a by-law on contract management on February 5, 1999.
Procedure for the receipt and examination of complaints made in connection with the awarding of a contract (in French)
In accordance with the Act respecting contracting by municipal bodies, the Municipality adopted a procedure for receiving and examining complaints related to the awarding of contracts on October 6, 2026.
Contracts
In accordance with the Municipal Code, every year, the municipality must publish a list of contracts signed that involve expenditures of at least $25,000.
It must also publish a list of all the contracts involving expenditures of more than $2,000 incurred during the past fiscal year with the same contractor when these contracts add up to a total expenditure of more than $25,000.

Archives
The Municipality keeps archive documents on its website for a period of two years. Following this period, residents who wish to consult or obtain a copy of documents that are more than two years old may make an information access request.
