This is a follow up from Municipality to inform residents about the boil advisory notice currently in place.
Given that the aqueduct broke down earlier on Monday, we are required to conduct tests to ensure that the water is drinkable according to Health Canada norms and procedures. These tests should not be done on the same day and results may take 24 to 48 hours to get disclosed, and then, these results must be sent to the Ministry to receive approval to lift the boil notice.
We anticipate lifting the advisory by tomorrow, March 16, 2017 at around 1 pm. You will receive an email announcing it.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for understanding.
