Community hall and fields rental


Community centres are now open for you to host events. In order to meet the standards for gatherings in Québec, the Guide for holding a gathering in Chelsea community centres has been written for event organizers and users. The Municipality of Chelsea disposes of two community centres with halls of different sizes available for rentals that can accommodate groups from 25 to 175 people.

Hollow Glen community centre

In addition to its community halls, the Municipality offers the rental of its baseball field located in the centre-village.

Terms and conditions

  • The policyholder must be at least 18 years of age.  
  • The rental fee is $24/hour.  
  • The contract must be signed and a copy provided at least 15 working days before the first date specified in the contract, failing which access to the facilities may be denied. 
  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount of your rental will be required when you sign your contract.
