Information session: Moratorium on new construction
The Municipality invites you to an information session on October 21 to discuss the moratorium on new construction in the urban perimeter of the Centre-Village.
Reduced Water Pressure on the East side of the aqueduct network
A drop in water pressure will occur on October 4 between 7 a.m. and noon for residents connected to the aqueduct network on the east side of Highway 5.
Introducing the Community Bulletin: the online tool for staying updated on local activities
The Municipality is proud to introduce its new online tool, allowing recognized organizations to promote their events and messages to the community.
Compost distribution, a first in Chelsea!
The Municipality of Chelsea is organizing its first compost distribution on a first-come, first-served basis. This pilot project promotes municipal compost collection. The service is self-serve, so people must arrive with the necessary equipment.
New traffic circle coming on Chemin d'Old Chelsea
Work for the new traffic circle on Chemin d'Old Chelsea will start on September 30 and is expected to continue until November 2024.
The Municipality achieves the VÉLOSYMPATHIQUE silver-level certification!
This certification recognizes the efforts made by the Municipality and the community to encourage cycling and create a healthy and safe environment for all.
Call for Members: Transports and Sustainable Mobility Advisory Committe
The Municipality seeks volunteer residents to serve on the committee for two years.

Closing of municipal offices on September 12, 2024
Exceptionally, municipal offices will close from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The library remains open as usual.
