COVID-19: Municipal Offices Remain Closed

Following the Outaouais region's transition to the level 3 - Alert (orange), the Municipality of Chelsea informs its residents that Town Hall remains closed to the public, due to the continued mandatory telework for employees. However, employees remain available to respond to your requests by e-mail or telephone.

Easing of measures for parks, ice rinks and community centers.

Here are the new instructions in effect since the municipality's transition to the level 3 – Alert (orange). 

  • Free skating or field hockey is now allowed for people from the same residence or for a maximum of eight people from different residences.
  • New hours for rinks and parks: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • The Farm Point and Hollow Glen community centers remain closed to the public, but activities organized and supervised by the Municipality may resume according to government standards in place and the user guide established by the Municipality.
