Organize an event

Application to hold an event or activity on Chelsea territory


Any individual or organization must complete this form and obtain authorization from the Municipality of Chelsea in order to hold an activity or an event in a park or on a road belonging to the Municipality of Chelsea.

This form must be submitted 90 days before the event. 

Please note that completing this form does not constitute approval.

  • Please ensure that you have filled in all fields correctly before submitting your application.

  • Do not forget to attach the necessary appendices for the analysis of your application.
     

Please note that Route 105, from the Pont Alonzo to Chemin d'Old Chelsea, as well as the entire length of Chemin d'Old Chelsea, are owned by the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité Durable (MTMD). If your event is to be held entirely or in part on one of these roads, you must submit your application directly to the MTMD.
