A pleasant and entertaining evening to show our appreciation to Chelsea's volunteers!

A Volunteers' Acknowledgment Evening will be held on Saturday May 6, 2017 at 7pm at the MEREDITH Centre, banquet hall.

By staging this event especially organized for volunteers, the Municipality of Chelsea wants to show its appreciation for all the volunteer work which is so much important and helpful.

It is a humble but sincere and pleasant way to thank the the people who get involved to make a positive, helpful and significant difference in their community.

We hope that event will give you some good time and will be received has a sign of acknowledgment towards this precious community involvement done by residents and community groups.

If you are a volunteer, I encourage you to book your place(s) before April 18, for that special and entertaining evening that will be fulfilled with live folk music played by musicians of Les Violons en Fête group, square dancing (a 30 minutes of square dancing workshop at 7 pm), laughing, cocktail, canapes and other nice things.

To book your place, you only need to call 819-827-6202 or write to md.michaud@chelsea.ca and give the following information:

·         your name

·         the name of the group for whom you are volunteering

·         a way to communicate with you easily (phone number or e-mail address)

·         say if you will come alone or accompanied (how many places)

Put on your dancing shoes and come enjoy with us that pleasant and entertaining evening for volunteers!
