Participate to the survey on the use of fireplaces and wood stoves!

The Municipality of Chelsea's Sustainable Development Action Plan puts into context several priority actions to be carried out between 2018 and 2021. One of them is to ensure a healthy living environment in households.
Fine particles contribute to the degradation of air quality and can have health effects, particularly for people with respiratory, cardiac and asthma conditions, as well as seniors.
Therefore, the Municipality aims to gather as much information as possible on the quantity of fine particles emitted from the smoke the fireplaces and wood stoves release. Residents using these can participate in our survey which will only take about 5 minutes!
