As part of Religious Heritage Days, the Recreation, Sports, Culture and Community Life Department and its partners have organized a rally that will allow Chelsea residents to discover the seven heritage and religious sites that are found on the territory.
On September 10 and 11, walk, bike or drive the approximate four-kilometre route that will take you to three cemeteries, three churches and a presbytery.
To make it more fun, a questionnaire has been created. It will help the whole family discover various artistic, historical and architectural features of Chelsea's religious heritage.
This is an opportunity to do an outdoor activity and discover the municipality in a different way!
This event is made possible thanks to our partners, the Gatineau Valley Historical Society, St. Stephen's Parish, St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church and La Fab sur Mill.
