Conditions of the Winter Trail along the railway corridor, further to the passage of the trail grooming equipment.
Precipitations since last passage: Less than 10 cm of snow along with some rain
The winter trail runs from chemin de la Carrière Morisson (north) to chemin Wallace (south).
Currently, with extremely high humidity level of snow and temperatures just below the freezing point, the bottom of the trail is iced. With less than 10 cm there is not enough snow to go out with trail grooming equipment.
The ski trail is deteriorated but apparent and usable. With little snow, we ask skiers and walkers to be extra vigilant to avoid rocks.
We invite you to visit the website regularly to learn about the Winter Trail conditions, which are updated every Friday afternoon during the season. For more information, please contact the Recreation Department at 819-827-6228.
