Twelve rechargeable hybrid cars are taking up residence in Chelsea as part of the sustainable mobility project Horizons Partagés. Available for carsharing via the Communauto platform, this pilot project aims to reduce the dependence of households on cars and consequently reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the area.
