The ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation, Andrée Laforest, is asking all municipalities to cancel or postpone all forms of consultation that they must hold and that require the presence of citizens, such as public consultation meetings, referendums or record keeping.

Municipal committee meetings will be held in closed session to, once again, limit the risk of spreading the virus.
