At this time, approximately sixty residences still do not have electricity. The Municipality continues to monitor the situation closely. Our teams have visited the homes of some residents in need in order to assess the situation and offer them assistance.
Several options are also available to residents in need, here are some reminders.
- The Meredith Centre remains open despite the closure of the Help Centre. Residents can go there until 9:00 p.m. tonight to get water and recharge their devices.
- The Red Cross can provide a variety of services, including temporary housing. They can be contacted at 1-877-362-2433, you can also visit their website.
- The Municipality can be reached in case of emergency at 819 827-9911.
We invite you to consult the municipal website frequently and to check the official Hydro-Québec platforms to follow the evolution of the situation.
