Revision of the municipal electoral map
Council approved the presentation of a draft by-law to divide the Municipality's electoral districts. The objective is to update the number of electors per district to meet the requirements of the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities.

Updated ecological study for Highway 5 West Trail
The Council approved the awarding of a contract for $4,484.03 to update the ecological study for the western trail of Highway 5 to meet the new requirements of the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (MELCCFP).
The Fonds Vert already accepted this project in 2021, and the necessary funds will be drawn from the budget earmarked for this purpose.
Request to the NCC and the MRC des Collines de l'Outaouais concerning Blanchet Beach at Meech Lake
To ensure peace and good order in the Meech Lake sector, the municipal Council asks the NCC to follow the recommendations made in the final evaluation report of the open-water swimming pilot project, particularly regarding the Blanchet Beach corridor.
The Council also asks the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais to ensure a greater MRC police presence.
Presentation of a site planning and architectural integration program for housing at the corner of chemins Lonergan and Old Chelsea
The Council approved the site planning and architectural integration program for five 20-unit multi-family buildings at the corner of chemins Lonergan and Old Chelsea and asked the developer to hold an information session with residents.

Property tax exemption request for 23 Chemin Cecil
Council informs the Commission municipale du Québec that the Municipality of Chelsea has no objection to the Chelsea Foundation's request to recognize a property tax exemption for 23, chemin Cecil.
Mandate to continue negotiations to acquire by mutual agreement part of lot 4 983 824 of the Quebec cadastre
The municipal Council mandates the General Director to pursue the negotiations undertaken with the Chelsea Foundation to acquire by mutual agreement part of lot 4 983 824 of the Quebec cadastre, to reiterate our offer to acquire the building for its market value and to reiterate our offer to relocate the sports field that may be affected, within the urban perimeter and under similar conditions.
Negotiation of a private agreement with 9747745 CANADA INC. and request for commitment
With this resolution, the Council asks the General Director to study the validity and feasibility of the requests proposed by 9747745 CANADA INC (Cargo). And the possibility of including them in a mutual agreement to accelerate the acquisition of the required land and meet the construction schedule for the new school.
Support for the VÉLOSYMPATHIQUE community certification process
The Recreation Department wishes to renew Vélo Québec's VÉLOSYMPATHIQUE community certification for 2024. The Council supports the renewal process, considering that this certification is an added value for the Municipality.
