What are oversized metal items?
This refers to bulky items made mainly of metal which, because of their size or volume, cannot be placed in your waste bin.

Residents can take advantage of the collection to dispose of certain items, provided they comply with the new terms and conditions.

How to dispose of oversized items?
To dispose of your bulky waste, place it at the curb on your regular collection day, making sure to leave a one-meter space between it and your bins.
Instructions
- There is no limit to the number of metal bulky items per collection.
- Items must be placed at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on the morning of collection, or no earlier than 7 p.m. the day before.
- Each item must not exceed 50 kg and a maximum dimension of 3 metres on the longest side.
- Metal bulky items must be deposited together, but at a distance of one metre from the bins for regular collection to take place.
- Make sure your item is an accepted metal bulky item.
Please note that only items identified in the list below will be picked up.
- Water tanks
- Appliances (washing machine, dryer, stove, refrigerator, etc.)
- Exercise equipment (treadmill, elliptical trainer, etc.)
- Metal bed frames
- Metal furniture (table, chair, shelf, etc.)
- Furnaces
- Pumps
- Metal poles and pipes
- BBQ
- Bicycle
